I've been helping tons of people with many different problems over the internet.
It's really easy these days with different remote control programs.
The one I've been using for 2 years now is called Team Viewer.
Very simple to connect to your friends computer, you can see his desktop and do there anything as if it was your computer.(you both can use the computer at the same time and both can cut the connection at any time)
The Program can be run without installing even.
Definitely a tool worth the space in my carry-on flash drive. =)
