Slow Boot-up times?

If you don't exactly know what is slowing down your computers booting, then you should try this:
Soluto



install.
restart.
view exactly what programs run at startup and how long time do they take.
remove or delay the ones you don't need.
you can uninstall it after that...or let it stay and record your bootup times.

im bad at explaining....so ill let this guy do it since he has that..."talking to 1 year old" voice.



I monitor my computer very heavily but even i got a few useless things removed.

2.5 min bootup....a year has not treated my windows that well D:
should i reinstall now...or wait for windows 8...?
