Whenever you start the game, theres a 5 second valve
video playing.
So heres a short tutorial on how to remove it!
Open up steam and find Team Fortress 2.
Right click on it and choose Properties.
now on the window that jumps up, find "Set Launch Options..." and click on it.
in the next window type "-novid" and press ok.
and thats all, enjoy.
